PT ultimate not saving my window arrangment

PT ultimate not saving my window arrangement with dual screens. when I re open pro tools its all on my main screen again.

**edit** I had my mix window on my external display and was trying to save it with that window full screened. Everything works now if I don't have it saved full screen on the second display.
