eucon does not see artist mix with 3.2.1 - works fine with 2.7.1

mac pro (old style), 10.8.5. Connected to ethernet port 1 with an assigned IP, no other devices connected.

All working fine with eucon 2.7.1 and PT 10.3.7

I bought PT 11 which needs Eucon 3.2 - I've tried both 3.2 and 3.2.1 and neither see the artist mix at all. Have trashed eucon prefs.

Re-installed 2.7.1 which is working fine with PT 10. Any ideas how I can get 3.2.1 working? Any advice very gratefully received!

In System Prefernces>EUCON, is Ethernet 1 chosen?

Have you tried connecting to Ethernet 2 as a test?

Having a similar problem here with my Artist Mix. All was working fine on Eucon , 3.1, but since having to change to 3.2 after upgrading Pro Tools, my Artist mix is not being recognised. The Eu control icon lights up, but my artist mix isn't there!
Can you elaborate on "System Prefernces>EUCON, is Ethernet 1 chosen?" and give me the full path to find this. Is it Windows preferences?

Anything else I can do to get it up and running again?

System Preferences>EUCON is Mac only and where the user chooses the Network connection the surface(s) is connected to. On Win, there isn't really a setting like that. However, check out this kbase as it may help: http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/e...onger-connects

I tested it with a crossover cable and it worked fine, so I then reset the router, and all good now.
It must have been a problem with router/network settings

Just to update this incase it helps someone out.

What solved my problem was returning to DHCP mode instead of using the assigned IP mode. So the opposite of what got me up and running in previous versions. Anyway- so far so good in both PT 10 and 11.
