Mbox 3 Pro not boot

my story
when hung protools I turned off and turned on the card, but the card does not start. Power light is lit, but in the card does not appear in the system. in standalone mode card does not work. please help

I was under the impression that Mbox Pro did not have a "stand alone" mode Traditionally, it is best to boot the computer with the interface connected AND powered ON.

When I connected my card to 3 computers with win 7 or win Xp.
And when card is on, lights on the card is pale.
The panel buttons do not work
Hardware not connected| Not streaming

Are all your computers specked out? Do they all have had their optimizations done? Can you post a Sandra report for the one you want to use the MBOX pro the most on? Also, have you installed all the required drivers as administrators?

All obvious questions but we need to make sure of everything.

Please do a sandra report you will find it in the help us help you - read this before posting link on top of this forum. Also have you tried your Mbox pro on an other computer?
