Crossgrade Price Drop
I purchased my crossgrade about two weeks ago, and then they dropped the price. I emailed avid about getting a $100 refund (heck, I'll take store credit) but I haven't heard back. Is anyone else here in the same boat? Any ideas about the best way to get a refund?
thanks all, - A. |

Re: Crossgrade Price Drop
From $499 to $399. This is specifically for the crossgrade from any version of LE to PT10.
Max Gutnik did say something about refunds, but I have no idea how to go about it, and who it applies to (as in, if you had to buy it within a certain window of time to be eligible). |
