Who can help to my friend?

I have a musician who bought pro tools.
Downloaded, installed, but of course he forgot to setup his ilok, and ilok account first.
Now he doesn't have the necessary licenses on his brand new ilok account.
How can this be resolved? I mean where can he insert his ilok id to get his licenses?
Unfortunately I cannot help him, and told him to setup the ilok acc. first, but...

If I remember correctly, you have to register with Digidesign, then they will release the licenses to iLok.com

Then they can be downloaded to the iLok

It's been a while since I went through this process so maybe I am forgetting something...

It's clear, but he registered with digi, but he didn't have an ilok account at the time he made the digidesign registration. Now he made an ilok account, but don't know how to get his licenses into his account.

He should call or write Digi CS. If he registered they will have record of that and should send the assets to his new account.
