Can't hear virtual instruments in instrument track when using pencil or grabber tool.
I hear the instrument when I use my keyboard. I hear the instrument in playback. But when I am drawing or moving a midi note in an instrument track there is no sound. Any idea why??

Welcome to the community.
Turn on Play MIDI Notes While Editing. It'a a MIDI plug icon with a speaker icon next to it. Can be toggled in editor windows.

Thank you for the welcome Stig! And thank you for the fix!!! I've been using Pro Tools for 11 years and have never had this issue. I must have accidentally toggled it I guess.
