Artist Mix wont Connect to Eucontrol

Not trying to beat this topic to death but I have tried several things to no victory - Eucontrol will not find my artist mix under the surfaces tab.

I’ve tried:
- Eucontrol is installed at its latest version

- In the setup > peripherals tab EUCON at the bottom is checked (Ethernet is NOT)

- I did this:
IP address: 10.0.0.2
Subnet Mask: 255.255.0.0

I have read a couple times that for some reason a direct Ethernet connection from the artist mix to the computer don’t work, but going from a Ethernet hub/switch will recognize the surface, this is my next plan of attack.

Any thoughts are appreciated!

Well I just tried the Ethernet hub method and that didn't work. (Mixer > Hub > Computer)

Kind of at a loss here

Please make sure that the Artist Mix is not set to a static IP and that the Computer is also set to DHCP.

I have not did this step, so I will not do it, per your instruction.

How do I set the computer to a DHCP?

ALSO: My router and internet is no where near my studio and artist mix. My studio is all WIFI.

On the Mac go to Network Prefs and select the Ethernet adapter that connects to the router. Check its set to DHCP not fixed. You should be able to see what IP address it is getting from the router? Also can you tell me the IP address of the Mix ? (you might need to use those instructions to see it)

To see the IP address on the Mix, power it off then while holding down the <PAGE> keys simultaneously, press and release the POWER switch. Continue to hold the <PAGE> keys down until the display lights. You should now see the IP address.
On Windows 10 type cmd into the search bar bottom left and press enter. In the Black window that opens type ipconfig and enter.

Also, you can(could) add another wifi router in the same room(my commercial setup in Nashville had a main studio wifi in the lounge and I ran cat5 into the studio to a second wifi router(dual-band) that sat behind the PT computer. My Artist units plugged into that router and I also had an iPad connected(a weak wifi signal makes for unreliable connection)

When I do that all it says is "Use DHCP" yes (default)

So its turned on, but it does not list an IP address.

I just checked my computer and my WIFI is set to DHCP automatic.
