Protools clock issue *SOLVED*
Hello, hope everyone is having a good day.
My setup is as follows: -"Out" of the Apollo8Duo with a wordclock cable -"In" to the Focusrite MKII Dynamic Octopre w/ BNC -"Out" of the Focusrite w/ a single ADAT cable -"In" to the IN(1) on the Apollo Apollo Console is set to: 120bpm/44.1/Internal Focusrite set to: Wordclock Locked/44.1 (Inst. 1&2 are on but 48v off) Protools session is set to 24 bit/44.1/Last used I/O My drums have 7 mics running from the Focusrite and I can record the tracks, but, when I playback the track it's doubled in speed? I don't get it? Everything is 44.1 and the Apollo is the master. I have my Kemper running S/PIDF into the Apollo with no issues when recording and playback. My bass has no issue with playback either. Please help guys, I'm so stumped. EDIT: FWIW - I uninstalled all of UA from windows and device manager, re-installed and set everything to 48k instead but left the routing the same and whaddaya know... works perfect. Aggravating but I'm glad it's working now.
