Urgent - Please help? Perpetual License
Good Afternoon!
I'm wondering if someone could help? Our institution recently purchased six additional licenses / iLoks for Pro Tools... I have activated the products and they are showing up in my account as 'Pro Tools Perpetual' rather than our already active 'Pro Tools with Upgrade and Support Plan' bundles.. ? Have I done something wrong? Thank you for your time.

Nothing wrong here. With the release of 12.6, the iLok licenses were changed. If your old license is on an active upgrade plan but you still haven't received the new license to replace it, create a support case for Avid to resolve this for you.
