Default Pro Tools 12.8.2 and Blackmagic Intensity Pro Pcie

Hello,
My Pro Tools HD 12.8.2 back up system and Pro Tools 10 (for older projects) are on a Hackintosh with Blackmagic Intensity Pro Pcie.
What BM driver should I install for each of the PT versions?
I don't mind the picture quality (hmm.. I do ) but for a start - I just need it to work.
After a long search and still couldn't find a decisive answer.
(If things were as simple as my main system with Aja T Tap)
Thank you very much!

Thanks John, I have..
Waiting for a reply. Still, nothing like real users' verdict on that one.

BM 10.9.7 is the best at the moment. Don't use anything after 10.4.3 and the one before 10.9.7. Those are all bad.

Regardless the PT version btw.
