Have you already received the PT 12 Upgrade ? I still don`t.

I have a 4 year free upgrade, and nothing yet !

I don`t know what`s hapenning. Can anyone give me any answer about that, please !

Hi Moderators,
I believe I should get a free upgrade to PT12.3 with my 4 year free upgrade plan, however I haven't been able to find it in my iLok manager account. If someone could help me out that would be greatly appreciated.

I'm still missing the 12.2 and 12.3 update in my AVID Account.

Yes, it is based on the software's release date (11/6/2015 for v12.3). Also, I did review your account again and it shows the PT10 on 10/31/2011 was actually an upgrade to your original Edu purchase of v9 on 9/21/2011 (pls let me know if that's not correct). So that would put the end of your free upgrades more than a month prior to the release of v12.3. Hopefully http://shop.avid.com/ccrz__ProductDetails?sku=DYNA20003 is a reasonable upgrade for you.
