Student purchase included 4yrs of releases never got Pro Tools 12

Could someone possibly check if I'm eligible for the 12.3 update, I'm not entirely sure about the whole situation. I've tried contacting Avid through their main site but got no response.

Hello Mark,

Looks like your 4 years ended last month based on your original date of purchase, so not entitled to 12.3 which was released 11/6/2015.

I got my update to 12.3 but have never seen the Space plugin show up. Not nearly as concerned as when I didn't get my 12.2 upgrade, but it would still be nice to have.

So Avid announced 12.3 on the 30th, my 4year upgrade license expired the next day (iLok license originally started on 31//10/11) - could someone from Avid please confirm if I'm covered from the announcement or the release?

Hi, apologies for messaging on such a huge and old thread, but i'm having the exact same issue so figured this would make more sense than starting my own.

I purchased the PT Academic/Student verified account for PT10 with the few years free upgrades.

I received PT10 and PT11 in my account but haven't seen PT12 at all so far. When trying to claim my free upgrade from my account page, the avid site brings me to a page asking for my System ID next to my address?

I've looked through my old emails and found the Avid purchase confirmation email, but no System ID anywhere on it, nor is there an ID anywhere when i'm logged in my account page.

Can anyone please tell me where I might be able to find it?

You can't find it, as it's a new thing that you only get when you are on a upgrade and/or support plan, AFTER you've got Pro Tools 12.

Someone from Avid may pick up on it here, but you should start a support case via this link http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation

Make sure you give them your Avid Account details, iLok id, and details about when where you originally bought it.

When does your four years run out? If it it after the end of 2015 then definitely start a support case, to make sure you get sorted out properly.
