Default PT 11 and Digi003 setup??

I have run into an issue with setting up PT 11 and Digi003. The two has worked together before. I can see sound coming in, it allows me to record but there's not any wave forms in the blocks. I can't hear anything going through my monitors. I have the monitors hooked up in the back of the Digi003 console. PT seeing the console and the console shows it's active on the screen. I have selected the defaults in the I/O under each tab. I am lost as to what to do, this has worked before and then I moved the iMac and console across the room but now it doesn't show any waveforms when it shows it recording. All I see is just a transparent block from start to finish of recording. Please walk me through this so it records and I can hear playback in the monitors!!!

some questions;
1-is the 003 actually selected as the "audio engine"(Setup>Hardware menu)
2-are you trying to record to an AUDIO track or an INSTRUMENT track?
3-if it worked before moving things, did you connect or disconnect the firewire cable with anything powered ON?(that can fry the FW circuit)
4-have you tried another firewire cable(they can fail for no apparent reason)
5-did you connect to the correct outputs on the back of the 003(a mistake I made once)

Interesting. I've been using an 003 console since PT10..worked fine on 10, worked fine on 11, works fine on 12.
Are you on Windows or MAC? Didn't say in your original post. If on Windows, please be aware that the CONSOLE driver is not the same as the RACK driver, and it's all too easy to get the wrong one installed (ask me how I found this out.)
Also wondering about the actual firewire INTERFACE card you're using. We need some kind of system specs to go much farther.
