MIDI foot controller (Logidy UMI3) with PT 10

I'm trying to use a Logidy UMI3 MIDI foot controller with PT 10. All I"m trying to do with it is to stop and start playback of regular audio tracks (I'm using Pro Tools because Ableton doesn't let you continue playback from stop position).

Is this possible to do? I'm having trouble with setup. I tried going to Setup>Peripherals , selecting HUI for the Type, Predeifined>Logidy UMI3 in Receive From, and None (the only option) in Send To. It's telling me I have to choose a MIDI port in Receive From, but there are no MIDI ports listed there (maybe because the UMI3 is a USB controller?)

I'm just trying to map these buttons on the footswitch to the Play and Stop functions of the main transport.
