PT 7.4 crashes when adding tracks

Hey all,
I have a Macbook 2.2, 4 gig ram running PT 7.4 on Leopard and I'm one of the few that it actually works for the most part. I came across a problem when adding my 17th track, PT crashes with no error message at all. It just crashes. My Mac is configured for optimal performance with PT as Digi recommends and I believe all updates from Digi and Mac are installed. This may be a problem with PT vs. Leopard, not sure. Can anyone help?

Digidesign dont support leopard yet at all, so unfortunately you wont get any advice from them regarding protools and leopard until they release an official update, and that could be ages.

In the meantime I'd seriously consider downgrading my OS (to 10.4). There's a tutorial on how to do that on this board somewhere.
