massive pack and iloc.com

this may not be your problem but...do you have the latest/greatest web browser? we use IE 5.1 i believe...and on one of our computers that just had IE 5.0, the iLok sight didn' work right.

i upgraded that computer to IE5.1 and bingo!

thanks actually i am running I.E. 5.2 this is the first problem..all the other plugins uploaded fine..thanks

finally worked..i needed to uninstall and reinstall the ilok client software..twice..

I upgraded virus and had to transfer an asset from digi to me, I couldn't actually transfer it in OSX, it would always say that I dont have the right driver, etc., In IE.
So I had to go to an old computer and boot up 9.2.2 and IE, and it worked.
Don't understand?!?!
