no - you've given me your personal opinion, which I've listened to and discounted as I have a different view point, gone away and done research and outlined my understanding and asked people to verify it if it's right / wrong and offer an opinion against it, this isn't a complaint ilok as you say, this is me asking for more experienced people to confirm or correct my understanding and offer advice on it. No one is refusing to take your advice, I disagree with your view point.

There is nothing to fret about, I however don't believe that I should have to pay a premium to account for what I personally see as a broken system, I'm not complaining about it in this thread, I'm looking how I can manage my licenses as effectively as possible, so rather than take pops at me, either don't comment or be constructive, I fully appreciate you see the ZDT cost as reasonable, I don't.

If you want to manage your iLok license as best as possible then ZDT is the way to go. And it's not just my thoughts but others as well.

I wish I could think of a better solution. But for me, the ZDT with TLC is the best solution for catastrophe aversion.

If someone can come up with a better idea, I'm all ears.

Agree. My ZDT/ TLC renewed this morning. For me it isn’t even a question it is the best way for me to manage my ilok assets.

And mine renews in a couple of weeks. Wouldn't work without it.

I too have ZDT with TLC and a spare iLok. It just makes sense.
