Hi,

I have logged in at Massey to get the latest versions and one of my plugs doesn't seem to be registered so i can't get the latest download! I have VT3EQ but the version is nearly 2 years old so i want to see if its been updated etc.

You can find all of the products you bought in the Massey user area, that's where you will find all of your updates. :)

Hi,

Yes, but my VT3 isn't in my registered products page! that's the issue. I'll e-mail Steve on Monday.

Hmmm, how did you get the auth code? Via just the email?

I had the same prob. It's probably due to the fact that you registered the products with 2 different emails. (for example, one to [email protected] and one to [email protected]). I did that and ended up with 2 user area pages. Email Steve he's always ready to help.
