See if you can find a plugin emulation of an ADR F760 comp, that was used on the Bonham stuff a bit. I know someone made one a little while back.

Did a little research and that sure was an interesting piece with the gain element (single FET) being driven by 3 side chains. Somebody here in the US is or has done a reissue of the h/w. No idea of that price but it must be expensive and then some.

Thanks for the tip. Interesting is for $10 more one can get the combo of the compressor, eq and channel strip. I don't know the sound of Boz but what about the eq? And what's the channel strip? There's a hyperlink for the strip but it comes back with the same page showing the combo of the aforementioned 3 plugins.

I have that... and Arturia's 165. As always it depends on your source.

If I recall correctly Andrew Scheps uses one on drums, most likely in parallel, because he is pretty much anti inline compression.
