hello to All

I use: Protools le 6.4 with the Protools 001.

whene I open the inserts menu list ,in order to insert a plugin, at some point in the list (about 3/4 from the start of the list ,till the end of the list) ,when I chose a plugin it wont open or a difrent plug in will open ,not the one I chose.

it happens whene the list becomes more then 3 couloms long.

This is actually a bug in 6.4 that was (sort of) fixed in later versions of the program.

Unfortunately, that won't help you as you can't use any later versions with the 001.

The solution is to remove some plugins. The plugin limit of the list is 256, and when you go over that number, it starts back at the beginning of the list. You cannot tell me seriously that you use every single one of them (256 different plugins? c'mon!); pick your favorites and ditch the rest.

Your only other option is to upgrade your Pro Tools software, which would also mean upgrading your Digidesign hardware.
