Import Video-Pro Tools LE Unexpectedly Quits
Pro Tools LE 7.4; Mac Mini 2.00 GHz - 1.5 GB RAM
When attempting to import the "red dragon.mov" QuickTime movie from the Pro Tools 101 course, immediately upon selecting the video file to import (just clicking on the video file to select it in the Import Video window), Pro Tools unexpectedly quits. In our classroom setting, we have multiple Mac Mini 2.00 GHz computers running 10.4.8 or 10.4.11. Have tried importing the video on 5 different Macs. Same consistent result. Thanks for any ideas! |

Re: Import Video-Pro Tools LE Unexpectedly Quits
Have you tried dragging it in from the desktop? If so what results do you get then?

Re: Import Video-Pro Tools LE Unexpectedly Quits
The .mov file was copied to the volume before attempting import. Using a single unpartitioned drive for both OS and Pro Tools.
I'll try dragging the video from Workspace. |
