Default Unable to export to aaf

Hi,
Just tried to export a ProTools 12 Session to aaf or omf.
All I get is this error message:

Could not complete the Export Selected Tracks command because std::exception

This error is independent from choosing embedded or wav/aif and Link to source, copy or consolidate.

I tried to export other sessions not related to this project - same error message...

Any ideas/ tips ?

I am on OS X 10.12.6 running PT 2018.7.0
