Default My subscription On-Hold due to the re-Billing problem?

Just upgrade my HD license but when I try to download the HD 12.4 product, it says the subscription is On-Hold because the re - billing was not successful, but the payment did get through, nevertheless, I can't find any new subscription in my ilok account, sent over a email to the customer support but haven't get any reply, anyone knows what happened ??? thanks

We have deposited a temp license while we work out your issue. You can use the installers from your Avid account.

Hi RC

First, thanks for your help.

The product still On-Hold, Although I did have 12.4 installer in my avid account

but couldn't find any related license in my ilok account, either Avid account.

I don't think the temp license deposited correctly. let me know if I miss

something......thanks

Hello JC

thanks for the help

I do have a temp license in my ilok account which will expired 30 days after

activation, I'll use it for now but hopefully this issue can be solved asap and get

my permanent license in a short time.
