McDSP V6.2 Plugins, PTHD 10, Win10 Issues

I know, it's an awesome app. It was my go-to music player. I don't know why it hasn't been fixed to work.

I've sent a couple of emails to McDSP support that have gone un answered.

Yeah I think that app is probably pretty much abandon-ware at this point. It was probably a failed experimental side venture into iOS development (failure on the revenue side anyway). However, their plugins are definitely not abandon-ware; that is their core business! I love McDSP plugins! I have had nothing but success with McDSP 6.2, and the new 6050 is really awesome, unfortunately I use Mac so I can't help with a Windows OS specific issue.

Basically, v6.2 plugins work fine with PTHD 12.x. The v6.1 plugins work fine with PTHD 10.3.10. The v6.2 versions have issues with PTHD 10.3.10.

What this looks like it means is that new plugins released with v6.2 (and later?) won't work with 32 bit PT. So, 6050 works with PTHD 12.x but not 10.x.

I don't think this will ever be resolved.

As a side note, v6.2 VST plugins also all work fine with Studio One and other 64 bit DAW's.

This all pertains to Windows 10.

Just wanted to report that McDSP has finally updated their LouderLogic media player app and it now works again with the latest version of iOS.

I have it running on my iPad again. Very happy.
