File import

New Scorch user on ipad, just loaded one Sib file successfully then tried to load others. None would load, keep getting 'Problem loading score. Please try again' message. I've tried everything suggested on site and nothing works. Any further suggestions would be appreciated. I've got many files I need to read from emails.
