M Box 2 -----> 002 LE Academic

Hey everyone.

I have Academic LE v7.3 on my Mac Book, using the M-Box 2 interface. I'd really like to upgrade my interface, and I am also planning on upgrading to 7.4. My question is, if I bought an 002r would Academic LE still run, or would it need to see the M-Box somewhere? And since my Mac Book only has one Fire Wire input, could I plug my Glyph into my 002, then into the computer?

Yeah, probably.
The PT 7.3 software (academic or not) should be able to run Mbox, 002 and/or 003.
Still, I'd run this question by the DigiDesign support staff for the final word.

Regarding the Mac daisy chain, here's what you need to do:
Computer<---->Drive(s)<---->002

The PT hardware needs to be the LAST link in that chain, as to not disrupt the hard drive.
