Default Dedicated monitor level control instead of desk?

A while ago, probably a year, someone asked about what to use as a level control, straight out of PT into speakers. There was a reply with this amazing looking passive stepped level control box. Wow! I thought I'll need one of those one day..........and lost all the info and can't find it through searching DUC.

Does anyone remember, or use a dedicated level control box for PT to active speakers, other than a desk???

Cheers

I own the Martin Sound and can tell you that it sounds great, way better than all of the Mackie and Digidesign controllers with monitor section, the switches and the volume control though make a digital click on my monitors.
Hope it helps.
