Can't open sessions created with 11.3.1

This week was my first in-depth drive of Pro Tools HD 11.3.1.
Mixing on this version was actually quite stable with good performance.
But I could NOT reopen any session without getting a crash as soon as plug-ins are loaded on a full-blown mixed session. I had to open it with all plug-ins disabled and then re-enable them once the session was loaded.

I rolled back to 11.3 and all was well.

Anybody else is getting this behavior from 11.3.1?

I could be there is a conflict with Softube Console 1 plug-ins.

Any Console 1 users have run into this?

Same here. Mine seems to hang with tracks that have Guitar Rig on them. I also have Console 1 but it is not on any of these sessions.

Not an existing session, but in 11.3.1 any attempt to add a new instance of Console 1 to a track crashes Pro Tools on my Windows 7 x64 machine. I just reported the issue to Softube today.
