Default Pro tools 12.4.0 DEP Violation 0x000000000000

I keep experiencing DEP Volation 0x0000000000. When I load PT up I receive the first error message saying, "The original MIDI device associated with the MIDI controller M-Audio keyboard could not be located. Please choose an existing MIDI de ice in the MIDI controller section of the Peripherals dialog". Then when I go to Peripherals i get Access Violation occurred, thread cause a DEP Volation at:0x0000000000000. Next I get a crash report followed by, Assertion in"..\..\Sys\Sys_FileLoc.cpp", line 255. (Use the copy button to copy this to the clipboard.) When I click ok I receive a Runtime Error! that says, "Program:C:\ProgramFile\Avid\Pro Tools\Pro Tool.exe R602 -pure virtual function call, 3 time click ok on them and Assertion in"..\..\Sys\Sys_FileLoc.cpp", line 255. (Use the copy button to copy this to the clipboard.) again. Click ok and that and it takes me back to Peripherals and when I try to change my MIDI Controllers. Then I get a new message that say, "Pro Tools Application has stopped working a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is availble. Click Debug or Close program. So I click to Debug and I get a messaging saying, Can not Debug with the program running and Pro Tools closed. I have a problem as well one of my windows update will not update so I ran Microsoft windows fix it program about 4 times and that havent worked so then they recomend load windows disc in and let it correct the problem but I dont have the disc any more. I also installed Visual Studio 2015 and that did not help as well. So i hope that I could find some help be on Google and the Furim looking for a fix and its nothing that helped and I just Downloaded Pro tools 12.4.0 as well as the instruments installs. Please help! Thank you #Gutter4Life

Kudos for including the Sandra Unfortunately, it shows some serious issues;
1-Core 2 DUO is quite a wimpy cpu in this day and age
2-Integrated Graphics, not good to begin with, but even worse on an underpowered system with little RAM
3-RAM may have a problem as it shows a total of 3.9GB in the first section of the report, but then shows a single 1GB stick of RAM further down(and the system is using some of the total RAM for graphics). I see even further down the report, it does list 4 sticks, but 4GB is bare minimum, and depending on the OS, may just not be enough.(this report includes a bunch of stuff we don't usually see and that makes it tough to interpret for me)
4-Am I only seeing a single hard drive? Pro Tools really needs a separate drive for the sessions(aka a "recording" drive).
5-I also can't tell from the report as to which exact version of Windows you have, but I assume its Win7/8 as PT 12 doesn't work on XP.
With a computer this weak, I would maybe drop PT and try Reaper as that program has lighter needs. For decent Pro Tools performance, an i7 quad cpu and 8GB of RAM is really the lowest worth having(just my 2 cents)

One more detail: Right-click on the Pro Tools icon and select Properties>Compatibility tab. Find these 2 items and check both:
Always Run as admin
Disable Desktop Composition

Have you just tried disabling DEP protection?
