Access violation during loading of plug-ins
I have had to reinstall protools LE8 version 8.0.4. When the system loads up it now freezes during the plug-ins load up process, with the following message
'could not complete your request because access violation occurred, unable to read location 0x00000000 in module; protoolsLE.exe'. Windows 7 64 bit OS. I have carried out all the system configuration checks and resets as recommended by Avid but nothing achieved. Any suggestions?

Are you running any outdated plug-ins? Or plug-ins of questionable origin?
