May I ask how I get this upgrade? I also bought PT11 EDU less than 4 years ago and can't find anything in my account.

Fixed - thank you!
BTW, I notice that my PT12 tab includes 10.3.9 installers - whereas my 11 & 10 tabs include the 10.3.10 installers as well. Is this just a quirk, or is there an issue with co-install of 12 and 10.3.10?

I could only find a PT11 purchased in August 2013 for you. Sorry, but the inclusion of '4 years of free upgrades' stopped in April 2013. A discounted upgrade for students that purchased after April 2013 is available here.

I do not see my student upgrade to 12 in "products not yet downloaded". Original date of purchase of PT10 was 6/24/12.
