Is the 003R ASIO driver working in Win7 yet?

I want to upgrade to Protools 9, and I don't want to spend the week getting it to 'work'. and by work I mean uninstalling 9 and reinstalling the old(present) 8.03 partially working drivers. Right now it 'works', but no midi and no direct/low-latency monitoring. I'm tired of hearing about Sandra reports and other halfbaked excuses why they can't make a decent driver. It's not my computer, not my graphics card, not my hard drives, or PCI bus. It is the damned driver. I'm tired of tracking in XP, and mixing in 7. I might as well use a typewriter to proof read papers written in Word.

I'm planning on buying a RME UFX, and re-enacting the fax machine scene from Office Space with the 003. But I don't want to spend the $2500, when I already have an interface.

I don't trust Avid's customer service, they deviate from the truth too often. They are the industry's Goldman Sacs, and they are peddling toxic CDOs.

I have the 003 Console version and everything works fine for me on PT9 WIN7 64bit with the latest driver. I am even doing a lot of not recomended stuff by using an AMD processor and the integrated ATI graphics on the motherboard. I say upgrade!
