I bought an accel card that isn't working in my set up. Are there any other tests except digitest to verify that the card is in deed faulty?
I don't want to ship it back unless Im sure it's broken.
WIth the accel card installed I get error 4 then 9003 when loading Pro tools. Digi test won't even start with the accel. I tried swapping the core card with the accel. same error. I uninstalled accel card and digi test works fine with core card.
ANy help is greatly appreciated

have you got the ribbon installed correctly, it's quite easy to connect this up wrong when you start swapping the card order....

the ribbon is pluged into b of the core card and a of the accel

can any one see an issue in my sandra report? I should also note that my system worked well with a Process card. Unfortinitly I sold the process card to fund my accel purchase.
WHat I really don't want to happen is to buy another accel and get the same error.
