Activating the lite version of Pro Tools First
I downloaded Pro Tools First and tried to activate it but in the final moments of activation it stopped with an error box. I tried again a few times and it is still the same.
Do I have to buy the USB Licence stick? I just need to see if the program is going to work.

Pro Tools is finicky. You don't just download and click install. You have to follow the setup instructions AVID has exactly and always first make sure your OS and machine are supported.
