Default How can I get my Region Window to appear?

This may sound like a silly question, but before I upgraded to PT LE 6.4, there used to be a 'Region Bin (or window)' on the right side of my Edit Window. I see the 'track hide' and 'edit groups' windows on the left, but nothing on the right.. and I can't figure out how to make it appear. I'd like to be able to 'grab' the region from the Region Bin and drag it onto the desired tracks...

Thanks for any help!
