Jeffro told you you have two iLok account user IDs. I doubt he is wrong about that. I would assume you are just using the wrong one. That's why you can't drag stuff over (and I mainly suggested that in the first place to see if the account setup was OK..).

In you Avid.com account on Avid's web site does it show multiple iLok accounts. Try logging into the other one with ILM and looking at your iLok. Otherwise look through old registration/setup emails to see if you can find that ID info, or support or jeffro can get you more info about your accounts offline.

I found 2 iLok User IDs linked to your email address so I really think that's the issue. I just replied via your case since I didn't want to post account info here.
