<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">This stuff is for OS9 and OMS. I think he asked for the motif rack .midnam file. Wouldn't that indicate he needed something for OSX? Just wondering if you caught that before you responded.

Thanks Steve and Andrej770 for both of your replies.

I'm trying to setup Protools 6.1 in OSX, I should have been more clear.

I'm rewriting the K2600.midinam file to include the contemporary and orchestral blocks, if anyone needs that go ahead and email me and I'll send it to you.

As far as the motif rack, I did find someone's online, but it didn't seem to work.

I'd hate to have to modify the Motif 6/7/8 midinam file, so please let me know if you have or know where to find the Motif Rack.midinam

Thanks again.

I haven't had the time to try this out so I can't say for sure this works but this could be a great resource to get you guys started if it works. It is supposed to create midnam doc from an OMS name doc. There are also some other cool things on that site, check them all out.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">But would this be the same file for the Motif Rack. I have Triton and a Triton Rack and the files are different. Just my experience though.

The Motif 6/7/8 midnam file is definitely different. I've tried modifying it, but it hasn't worked yet. Something is different inside the code and I'm not sure how to do it successfully.

I tried this one, but it didn't seem to work with PT 6.1 for some reason.

thanks
