OK did you actually finish the form submission at that link and get an automated email response? Check your spam email folder. If no reply you might wan to try submitting again.

Jeffro is lurking ... so you may get help soon, but any info you can provide the better. Is your DUC account set up with the same email address you are using on Avid.com/store etc.? That can help folks track down incidents.

I'm also having the exact same problem. Bought the subscription on the 1st of January and it still hasn't been deposited into my account. I received the plug-ins but not the actual subscription itself. I've never had any problems with this before so it's a bit confusing? Any ideas as to why this might be happening?

I've opened a case already (#04089270) and haven't had any responses for the last couple of days.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

Why are you losing clients when you can download the Trial version if PTU and just keep working? It’s a 5 min thing.
