Media Composer
I want to buy 1 License of http://www.avid.com/media-composer/ but Let me know Windows OS is Best or Mac OS is best for this License, because i am confused

You can use the same license on either OS. By simply deauthorizing on one machine, you can move to another. As to which works best...well, that's subject to debate. You'll find people who will adamantly defend one platform over the other. Which tells me that it works well on either. Use the one you're most comfortable with, and you'll be fine.
