Well, I tried PT10 on my Win7 (prof) 64 Bits Bootcamp and its works quite well. The idea was, that I'd maybe waste money when I buy a Win7 ultimate instead of Win8.

No it is not required. PT11 installs normally and works fantastic on Windows 8. I have both PT10 and 11 installed and I must say 11 is so much better to work with on Windows 8.
