Default Protools Duet Blue Screen

1,my computer:ThinkPad New X1 Carbon.
2,on win7,win8,win10
3,Blue Screen.
4,I am also getting intermittent BSOD'S and it references the following driver:

"AvidProToolsDuet.sys"

Im also Having the bluescreen problem with avid protools duet..
no solution form avid... ive posted a lot about

I've got the same problem after 9 months without any blue screen. Is there any solution?

A question: do you use power supply or you power the duet only via usb?

I wrote to avid on their Facebook page. They told me to try to connect to usb 2.0 port And not to usb 3.0. Or to try an usb hub. I hope it works

it doesn't work, with hub or with usb 2.0 it crashes the same way. I don't know what to do. I paid this stuff 999 euros. What if i give it back? Again another with the same problem? It really damages my job

i think the best solution is to install the old driver. It crashed just one time in a week with the pc always on. It's the best driver.
