Default strange noise on 192 I/O

hi,
i noticed a strange (pink) noise on analogue input 3 on my 192 I/O.
it's only there, when i start PT (9.03) - someone has an idea about what that could be??
it's also there when nothing is connected to the analogue inputs...?!?

Is it a constant noise or an intermittent sputtering noise?

yes, it's also there when i unplug db25-connectors...
it's only there when i start pro tools - when i quit the software, the noise is gone...

It's blown op-amp
fix them all the time

There is a relay that cuts the signal until pro tools is launched
