Default Help picking a new CD burner

Well my old Yamaha bit the dust and I need a new burner. It needs to be an outboard model cause I am out of room inside. I see now there are USB burners too.I have USB and SCSI. Any help would be appreciated.

I've had great luck with LaCie external burners, but I don't know if they make a USB model.
