How Do You Report Bugs?

Is there an official procedure to report PT 8 bugs to Digi? I once discovered - by accident - an area to suggest improvements but haven't been able to locate it again. There needs to be a better way to communicate with Digi. The process is very convoluted to say the least. Improvement is sorely needed.

I searched the Digidesign site and searched in every pane i could find! i know there's one somewhere.

Guess Digidesign products simply have no bugs to report
