Question on selling license for "Pro Tools 9 in bundle Pro Tools 10+9 Bundle"

Hi there everyone! I am not sure if this is the right sub-forum to ask this question, but here goes:

-I own and use an Ilok license for Pro Tools 10, which my Ilok shows as "Pro Tools 10 in bundle Pro Tools 10+9 Bundle". This license came to me bundled with an Mbox 3 that I purchased, back when the Mbox 3 came with the full version of Pro Tools 10 as opposed to the stripped down "Pro Tools Express" that it now comes with

-I noticed that on my same Ilok, there is also another license called "Pro Tools 9 in bundle Pro Tools 10+9 Bundle". I am confused about what this license is, and why I also have it?

-Lastly, I was trying to determine if I can transfer/sell, to someone, the Ilok license for "Pro Tools 9 in bundle Pro Tools 10+9 Bundle" if it was useful to them somehow, while I continued to keep and use my "Pro Tools 10 in bundle Pro Tools 10+9 Bundle"

I would think someone could use this if they are still on 7 or 8, or use it if owning the license somehow gives them a better upgrade price to the upcoming 11?

Basically, I am not clear if the 2 licenses discussed above are paired together somehow and cannot be split up, or if they are individual licenses and the PT9 part of the bundle can be sold, while I continue to use the Pro Tools 10 part of it?
