Default Reverb on drums is mostly in the right channel...

Some plugs let you adjust the L/R balance check that is my opinion but panning could do that as well.
Everything is fine with the TrueVerb plugin bypassed. It's not the sends. Kick and snare are center HH. OH and toms are panned. As soon as I engage the TrueVerb it's mostly on the right side. Very annoying.

Default Reverb on drums is mostly in the right channel...

I didn't check all the presets, but I did find that some of them do show more signal on one side than the other. In listening though, I really didn't hear any of them leaning.

Have you tried changing your preset?
