I've just notice (I'm pretty sure) that say, a guitar panned hard left, when bounced and playing on my iPhone through my Sennheiser Bluetooth headphones did NOT appear to have ANY bleed in the right channel. Perhaps this is a hardware issue.

I'm gonna try bouncing a file, and again in a new session. I only tried in session on one track. I didn't try outside of PT. could have been a fluke on my part

Default Re: Panning bleed/crosstalk issues inside of Pro Tools

my head almost exploded on this one boys. here's my findings:
for me the crosstalk is in the headphone outs of the internal laptop hardware AND the Mbox2 however when i export and look at the track there is no crosstalk pan bleed whatsoever.

verdict: my earbuds were the cause.
another case where working with headphones to be discreet makes monkeys out of men.

Just adding my 2 cents.
I know the actual issue was solved, but I had a friend with a very similar problem. His issue turned out to be cracked plugins he was running on the main 2 bus. Specifically, a cracked version of Ozone 5.

Just goes to show you. You get what you pay for.

Anyone attempting to troubleshoot with anything non legit would be fruitless. We have enough oddities with the legit software to worry about that.
