check out the manual, page 72, 'connect Eleven rack to your PT interface using AES/EBU or S/PDFI digital I/O'.
I think your answer is right there.. Connect the SPDIF out from the 11R to the SPDIF input of your 002 and change the settings accordingly. (digital clock- external, digital output to rig outputs) I don't have a S/PDIF cable at hand to try it for you, but if I read it correct it should work.. :)
