Digi Admin
I have found 2 wierd problems with 6.7. Many time when I type in a measure to start playing like measure 21. The music will jump to 21 but the graphic will jump to 5000. It seems like a glitch. Also when you pick a patch that is thirdparty midnam that worked perfectly in 6.4 they crash the program. It is wierd the first time or two you pick a patch it works. But the third time crashes the program. Oh sorry I forgot. I have the newest version of autotune and When i use it in 6.7 as a audiosuite plugin it crashed when you preview. Let me know if there is afix on the way
thanks

Default FORBIDDEN???

Hi Digi,

I keep getting this post when attempting to Download 6.7, is it something on your end? All my info has been entered properly. I also tried it on both Safari & Explorer. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

JFK

1. Audio Suite preview for Waves Pitch Changer would not work. Had to process the file and then listen to it.

2. Tried to write volume automation manually using fader on Command 8. The Command 8 wouldn't respond and fought me as I tried to ride it down. When I let go of the fader it jerked back up.

There was a problem this weekend with our network shared storage device where some of the downloads are located. All downloads should now be available. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

HELP! I had updated to 6.7 and everything was working great. This afternoon I updated to 6.7cs1 and now NONE of my plug-ins are authorized. The message says it can't find an iLok.....I even tried going back and reinstalling 6.7, but the problem remained. 5.3.1 in OS9 works fine still, and the iLok and all the plugs show up there. What the **&%^(?!

Not sure what that might be, as I'm not a tech...but the first thing I would do is install the latest iLok drivers:
http://www.paceap.com/dldrvr.html

Then I would repair permissions on your startup drive.

Any one else having trouble with non-stop crashes. Just in working today I've had 5 so far and have all night to go. VERY FRUSTRATING. I installed the 6.7 update yesterday morning (updated all my plugs that needed it too) and worked with it all day. Had multiple crashes throughout the day. Then saw the 6.7cs1 update this afternoon. Thought that might help, but I'm still having the same problem. I've been mixing (no recording) just mainly writing automation and putting plugs on several different sessions. When the crash happens I'll be in touch mode (using a control 24) I hit play and start writing. Then, all of the sudden (without pressing anything except touching the fader, and pro tools is still playing) it starts over and plays from the timeline insertion point and (about half the time) solo's the track I'm writing automation on. The odd (and great) thing is I can hit save REALLY quickly and it will save changes up to that point before it crashes, but most of the time it happens so fast I can't get to it fast enough. There are no error codes, just quits Pro tools, the C24 hangs with all the meters still lit up and faders at the last values (takes that about 1-2 minutes to reset).

Digi: Is there a cs update on the way to address this problem? Please say yes...

Users: Any one else having the same problems?
