Default To techs ,please... PT5LE, G3 MTP SMPTE

HI
we have a new PT 5 LE with a G3 300 256 ram Mac Os 8.6 and MTP USB also we have a Emagic Lagic audio last version.
Our problem is:
When we slave PT G3 to a 24 track (saturn) with a time code (smpte track)
we can record and punch in / out and every thing is okwith the Logic audio. BUT when we do this in PT after 2 minutes stoping the 24 track machine and then play ,punch in... stop... when we hear the song from the begining at the points we punched is out of time. is out of sinc with the material in the computer (internal HD)
we have the correct frame setting and this promblem don´t exist with Logic audio.
What happen ?
Some Advice?
What can we do?
Thank you very much
